This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Metro Memphis Attractions Association (“MMAA”) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information and data collected from users (each, a "User") on the www.memphisattractions.org website ("Site"). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by MMAA and its agents (“we”). We collect, process and analyze the data in order to provide our members with the services set forth in our By-Laws and to provide other information or services including valuable information, offers and services to the hospitality professionals in the Greater Memphis area.

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, subscribe to the newsletter, submit a membership application, respond to a survey, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site.
